In 2014, after an over-caffeinated night shift, two Stick Boy bread bakers met over breakfast to discuss an idea that would bloom into what is now Hatchet Coffee. Years later, we are lucky to still work side by side with Stick Boy Bread Company.  This blend was created to reflect the warmth of our friendship and to give you a comforting cup full of gratitude.
